The Haus Buachwald
The Haus Buachwald is the perfect starting point for summer as well as winter vacations in the mountains. The house is located on the outskirts of Schruns in the immediate vicinity of the Hochjoch-Zamangbahn (about 300m), which leads directly to the ski area Silvretta Montafon. Here is also the bus stop, from where all other villages, mountain railroads and leisure facilities of the Montafon can be reached. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail (when appropriate snow conditions) is in about 200m.
The village center of Schruns is only 1.2km away, and offers a complete infrastructure for daily needs: grocery stores, butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, train station, post office, sports rental, hairdresser, minster, etc.
In addition, numerous sports and fashion stores, drugstores and stores for regional souvenirs and culinary invite you to stay.

Stove / Heating
The central wood stove on the first floor is fired by the guest himself. The handling is very easy and is supported by an automatic air regulation. This is the best way to combine coziness and ease of use. Firewood is of course available.
Furthermore, the house has electric floor heating in the toilet and the bathrooms, as well as infrared panels, which are controlled automatically.

There is a 220 V outdoor socket for hybrid vehicles. Charging takes place directly on site. We ask for your understanding that purely electric vehicles cannot be charged for safety reasons.
